Evaluations
With the Crew Evaluation Matrix, no one chases the colleagues to evaluate on time. The smart Evaluation Obligation Generator is there to let you know when and why you need to evaluate everyone. Seamen have the option to consent or not for the grades that they have received.
The uplift value of the evaluations is when you see the appropriate KPIs. Initially, with the comparison tool you have an overall opinion to hire or not specific seamen. Then with the Promotion and Retention Rate reports you see where you go. Do not forget to Plan for Termination in the Not-for-reemployment Report. With all of the above, you can manage and predict your next hires.
MGA
Along with the Payroll Matrix, the Master’s General Account (MGA) is an integral piece of the puzzle. With the calculation of each seaman’s pay and the retroactive wages, you can follow all changes almost immediately when Captain applies the data.
Orca MGA is a mini accounting module with its Chart of Accounts and every seaman’s profits and expenses. With the advanced approval process, you finalize the required image.

According to the vessel’s Crew list set all the watchkeeping times. Automatically set the initials from your Working Schedule and then elaborate accordingly. An advanced Warning System indicates you immediately the violations and you can manage the times in the right way. You can manage the times when in Port or at Sea and have all the time the right dots.
